Portfolio & Brand Building
For graduates ready to launch a label or seek design studio work — portfolio, lookbook, pricing, positioning.
The programme
A talented graduate without a portfolio is invisible. The work that decides whether a designer is hired by a studio, picked up by a buyer, or trusted by a first client — that work is, on the day, a portfolio and a positioning statement, not a degree.
This programme exists to make sure every Women Skill India graduate leaves with a strong, working portfolio and a clear public brand. It is short, intense, and finishes with a public presentation that buyers and recruiters are invited to.
Students choose one of two tracks within the course: the label founder track (lookbook, pricing, retail) or the design studio track (portfolio, technical drawings, interview readiness). Both are taught together; deliverables differ.
