01Overview

The programme

Most beauty graduates can do the work. Far fewer can run the room — set the prices, manage the chairs, hire the next artist, and keep books that a tax officer would accept.

This course is for graduates of any of our other programmes — or for women already running a chair — who want to run a business properly. It is short, practical, and built around case studies of real Indian salons.

By the end, students leave with a working business plan for their own studio, including a hiring model, a service menu with prices, a hygiene SOP, and a basic accounts and GST template.
